To Book a Service Please Provide the following information in your e-mail: FULL Service or INTERIM Service Full Name, Telephone number including dialling code, House Number and Postcode Car Model & Car Registration Service Date Preference 1 Service Date Preference 2 Service Date Preference 3 For all services you will be required to drop your car off by 9am on the morning of your booking, you will be contacted when your Service has been completed
To Book a Car Repair or you require a mechanic to check over your car please provide the following information in your e-mail: Problem with car (if you are unsure please describe your concerns) Full Name, Telephone number including dialling code, House Number and Postcode Car Model & Car Registration Date Preference 1 Date Preference 2 Date Preference 3 If you require a mechanic to just check over your car to find the problem then you will require a half hour appointment for this, you can then book the repair date with the Sales office when the fault is discovered Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment time You may be required to drop your car off by 9am on the morning of your booking, you will be contacted when your car is repaired
To Book a Tyre Fitting Please Provide the following information in your e-mail: Tyre Size Required, Number of Tyres required Full Name, Telephone number You will be contacted to inform you if we have your tyres in stock as soon as your e-mail is received (during office working hours Mon—Sat) If your tyre is not in stock it will be ordered on the day your e-mail is received and will be with us the next day (Monday if e-mail received on a Saturday) Alternatively please phone 01795 661976 between 08:30 - 18:00 Mon –Fri & 08:30 - 13:00 Sat to check stock and order your tyre/s
